NMS in Bahrain National Cricket
Our student, Sai Sarthak of 10 C, who proved to be the finding of Bahrain U-16 Cricket team in the recently held tournament in the UAE, had been selected for the men’s Bahrain National cricket team. He had flown to Kathmandu, Nepal to participate in the Asian Cricket Council (ACC) Men’s Premier cup which is a 10-nation tournament.
Chathuranga Chess Tournament
As part of inauguration ceremony of the Indian School Bahrain Community Sports Fest-2023, the Indian Ambassador, Shri Piyush Srivastava inaugurated the Chaturanga Chess Tournament organized in association with Arjuna’s Chess Academy. One of our student, Nyrav Gopalakrishnan, of Grade 2-D got the privilege of playing the opening game of chess with the honourable Ambassador.
Badminton Success
Aniketh Santosh Nair had participated at BKS open badminton tournament which had participants from
across GCC. Aniketh was the winner in Boys Singles Under 15 and 17 category
Winners of Interschool Chess Competition
Around 88 students from eighteen different schools in the Kingdom participated in the Inter School Chess Competition organized by the Beacon Private School on 30th January, 2024. Our school has been awarded with the Best School Trophy for the exemplary performance displayed by our students all through the competition.
