Winners Of Apj Interschool Science Quest:

Among the 20 schools which participated in the event, only 12 schools made it to the semifinals and 6 to the finals. Our school team comprising of Arihaan Chakraborty of Grade 4G and Rehansh Makhija of Grade 4D, emerged as proud winners of the APJ Abdul Kalam Inter-School Science Quest, held at the Indian School Riffa Campus on 2nd June, 2023.

Interschool science quiz - quarks 2023

2023, for the students of Classes VI to XI wherein students from five CBSE schools in Bahrain participated. The aim of the science quiz was to inculcate a spirit of scientific enquiry and analytical thinking amongst the students and to provide a platform to the students for exchanging thoughts. The interesting Quizzing rounds tested every aspect of knowledge in the field of Science. Our school team comprising Chris Ivan, Sanchey Mano, Aadhav Rakshita Krishnen emerged as proud winners of Grades VI to VI SCIENCE BEE contest.

CBSE Ganit Challenge

CBSE AryaBhata Ganit Challenge (Round 2) :
Andrev Ivan of grade 10 B topped in 100 students in the CBSE AryaBhata Ganit Challenge. He is one among the top 100 students selected by the CBSE from all the schools over India and the only one selected from Bahrain.

Technofest 2023

The Technofest 2023 was organized by Indian School Bahrain on 11th May, 2023. Our Children participated in three different competitions (Science and Technology Quiz Contest, Symposium and on the spot Model Making) and secured the following prizes.
  1. First Prize – Science and Technology Quiz Contest Andrew Ivan- 10B and Niranjan Pillai -9B
  2. Second Prize- Symposium on the topic: Cyber Safety and Security Dhruvi- 1 E and Parthi Jain – 11D
  3. Second Prize – On the Spot Science Model Making Neha Kriti Denthumdas -9B, Zoraiz Alraz – 9C, Kashvi Mehrotra – 10F and Chandini Rajneesh- 9F.

Science Meister

Team comprising of 4 students (Shauryavir Singh of 9A, Sajal Bhardwaj of 9C, Samara Ganguly of 8E and Chris Ivan of 8C) participated in the event. Out of the total 22 teams, our team passed the first two team rounds. Shauryavir Singh and Chris Ivan got selected to the top 6 individual quiz round. They both got awarded with the school topper medal.
